Returns and Refunds

Ambiance Interiors will not simply refund goods for a change of mind. We will however, exchange products within 6 weeks of the purchase date if they are damaged, or if you have changed your mind.

In order to exchange products for a change of mind they must be unused and in perfect condition, otherwise we are unable to provide an exchange. Please note we will only provide one exchange per customer for a change of mind. If you wish to exchange a product you must:

(a) come into the Ambiance showroom with the goods and a copy of your tax invoice/receipt and select an alternative, or;

(b) send the goods back to Ambiance with a copy of your tax invoice/receipt and advise the Ambiance team of the product you wish to exchange it with. You must also pay the additional postage and handling charges associated with sending out the new goods.

If your goods arrive damaged and Ambiance Interiors arranged delivery of the goods through one of our channel partners you are entitled to an exchange. Please contact one of our team members to arrange this on (02) 9698 7522. We will require the damaged goods to be returned and a fax or email communication to verify what was damaged.

If we do not have the product available to exchange you may select another product of the same value, or if the product is of higher value you must pay the difference.  If you do not wish to select another product you are entitled to a refund. Any refunds must go through the same payment method you used to purchase the product/s.
