Delivery & Payment

When you make a purchase with Ambiance Interiors you will receive a notification receipt with a copy of your order via email. Upon receipt of your purchase we will endeavour to start processing your order within 48 hours of receiving it (peak periods may extend processing times).

Once your order has been packed and is ready for dispatch the Ambiance team will endeavour to find you the best mode of delivery based on the sensitivity of your order and your geographical location. We have affiliations with a number of freight carriers around Australia including TNT-Sensitive Freight, Toll Holdings, RPM, Fastway and others.

We estimate that when you place your order you will be charged between 10% to 20% of the total invoice for freight. This amount will be reviewed after your place your order by one of our associates, an assessment of the location, size & weight of parcel must take place first. This will apply to deliveries within Australian capital cities and surrounding suburbs. Deliveries in regional and remote areas may incur a higher freight charge. If your freight charges amount to more than the invoiced amount an Ambiance team member will contact you to arrange payment of the excess freight charges. The minimum freight charge will be $30 for all deliveries.
