How to Shop

The Ambiance Interiors website is a fully interactive online shopping experience. It has been designed to make online shopping easier for you.

To begin shopping:

1. Just click the "products" category on the homepage. It will then take you to "our best sellers" screen.

2. You can choose to browse our best sellers or just click on the product category you need (located on the left hand side of the browser). It will then take you to that product screen.

3.  Start scrolling through the product images. Once you see a product of interest just click on the thumbnail to see a larger image. It will show you the larger picture, the product price, code, size, style and available colour choices.

4. If you would like to purchase this product just click "add to cart". It will then take you to a new "shopping cart" screen where you can see the items you have added to your cart.

5. You can adjust the quantities by clicking the + or - button. If the product you have chosen has available colour choices you can select the colour you want by just clicking the drop down list and choosing your colour.

6. If you wish to continue shopping for other products just select "continue shopping" (located in the bottom left hand corner of your shopping cart) and it will take you back to the product screen. If you wish to purchase the product just click "proceed to checkout".

7. Once you click "proceed to checkout" it will take you to the "billing/delivery details" screen. Please enter your contact information, delivery details and payment details here. Once you have finished this please click "process my order".

8. Now your order has been processed. You will now see a screen that gives you an overview of your order.

9. You will receive an order confirmation via email and your order should be processed within 48 hours. For further information regarding delivery and payment please select the "delivery and payment screen" located at the bottom of each page.
